Quality All cylinders are checked internally to ensure 100% weld penetration, uniformity of weld bead and adequate purging gas cover. Automatic welding produces very accurate and consistent weld run. CHEMICAL CYLINDERS / HOUSINGS Cylinders Designed and manufactured as 'high integrity' containment vessels for volatile high purity chemicals. These cylinders are made in various styles and sizes, from 50mm - 220mm diameter, having a maximum volume of approximately 17Lts. Manufactured in 316L stainless steel, they can be internally electropolished (depending on requirement) and are externally polished to a high mirror finish. DOT 4B Cylinders  (U.S Department of Transport) Cylinders can be produced to meet American Dot 4B specifications and can also be designed to suit the customers own valving requirements. All cylinders are hydrostatically tested and radiographed if required. Sensor Housings Full range of housings to take PH and conductivity sensors.
